THE END
It has been a long time coming now, and after consideration and discussion, we
have decided to end what has been an amazing experience.
As individuals we all feel we have pushed the band as far as it can go. We all
have earned different things from this band and will take it into other elements of our lives.
It's been a fun run and we couldn't have asked for more from our fans who have been
so loyal over the last while.
We hope you'll remember the music, the fun, and the memories.
Thank you all for your support and devotion to
15 MINUTES.
Armand, Mike, Kimmons, & Ivan
Update - February 10, 2006
We'd like to thank all of you who came out on February
4. It was a fun show with some good times. We've got tons of stuff coming along, with the EP release just around the corner.
Pics will be up soon from the show. Our next one if our debut at The Hype in Brampton. It's an all ages on a Sunday, but fear
not, it's an early show, starting at 5.
We'll see you then!
Armand's B-Day Bash - February 1, 2006
Armand's turning 19 on Saturday and is having a show
to celebrate. Obviously, we'll be playing the show. Also on the bill are buddy bands Teeter, Sweet Nightmare, LesserEthic,
MIT City, and PC&G. Show gets on at 7:00 with 15 Minutes on around 10 or so. Come out. All the deets are on the shows
page. We're hoping to have the EP done, mastered, pressed, and packaged for Feb 19 at Hype. We'll see you all soon!
And It Can Only Get Better - January 15,
2006
All we can say are two things: The first is WOW! Friday
night was amazing. The second is Thank You to everyone who came out, stuck through Armand's stress on the 2 hour bus ride,
and had fun at the show. It wouldn't have been the same without you. We should have more details about Montreal and Quebec
soon. The vocals for the EP are complete, so that will be finished soon. Check out amazing pics from the Opera House on the
Pics page. Also, check out the Shows page for all of our upcoming dates. We can't wait to play Brampton
again Feb 4 - it's Armand's bday!
We'll see you soon. Once again, thank you all for
helping us kick this year off right!
Before The Big Show... - January 12, 2006
The pics from Reilly's a few weeks ago are up, so
check out the Pics page for em. We have decided to pull out of the Degrassi House
on Saturday night given the magnitude of the night before. So, our next show will be Armand's bday show on Feb 4 in Brampton.
We've got some exciting things happening so keep checking back. We're on at 7:00 sharp at the Opera House this Friday! We'll
see you then.
Bah Humbug And
All That Stuff - January 8, 2006
Alrite folks, hang on to your hats cause it's gonna
be a wild one! Enough of that corniness. This Friday the 13th (Armand's a bit worried) is going to rock your socks off! The
bus is almost full, so if you haven't gotten a spot yet, get your ass in gear! The EP is almost done - Kimmons has laid down
bass. Mike is all that remains to be captured in this legacy of a cheap CD. That's all for now folks. We're working on a short
Ontario/Quebec/randomStates tour for summer, which may see us in cities such as Montreal, Buffalo, and other stuff. Ivan is
back from vacation, we're sure he had a kick ass time. Welcome to 2006 - this year is gonna kick ass! We'll see you soon!
What A
Year! - December 30, 2005
Well, it was a good year. We'd like to wish you all
a kickass new years, no matter what you take part in. We're really looking forward to seeing you all at the Opera House on
January 13. It definitely is going to be a rad show. If you want on the 15 Minutes Bus, let us know ASAP. Spots are filling
quickly. Check back soon for pics from the 28th at Reilly's. Cheers!
Tonight...
- December 28, 2005
Alrighty, tonight is our last one of the year. It'll
be Kimmons and Armand rockin on the acoustics @ Reilly's. It looks to be a promising set. We've actually practiced beforehand,
which should make for a fun night. Stick around and check out the other kick ass bands playing after us as well. We'll see
you tonight. We're on at 8:00 sharp!
The Year
Ain't Over Yet! - December 8, 2005
Alrighty, so, as we said before, we probably might
play another show. Well, we are playing one more show to cap the year off. Unfortunately, Ivan will be preparing to bask in
the sun on a fun vacation, so, Armand, Kimmons, & Mike will be playing an acoustic set. The show kicks off with us opening
@ 8:00. On the bill are our brotha's The Avenue along with Still Life Still and Sadie May Crash. It's gonna be a great night!
We'll see you there, and at the Opera House, and at the Degrassi House!
Check out the Shows page for the lo-down.
Happenings...It's
a long one - December 2, 2005
So, for all of those who didn't know by now...we've
had a change in the band's lineup. Unfortunately, due to issues we have chosen not to disclose, we regret to say that Doug
is no longer a member of 15 Minutes. It's a long story and, well, we're all upset about the whole thing. It's a really shitty
way of how things go, but, nonetheless, we'd like to welcome Kimmons to the band and thank him again for filling in and
stepping up so many times. Thank you all once again for the amazing support this past year. We already have shows lined up
for January 7, 13, and possibly the 14th. We're hoping the EP will be completed by this point. Due to the change in the band,
we will no longer be using the filmed concert from back in June. We do hope to get another shoot done sometime, but, that
will have to wait. We do hope to have an album done soon. But for now, all we can say is
COME TO THE OPERA HOUSE!
JANUARY 13
All the details are on the Shows page. We want you all there! Until then, keep rocking in the free
world. We are looking for bands to play on January 14, so, if you or someone you know play in a band, email Armand to figure
it all out.
We'll see you January 13!!!
